Roxanne Rainwater has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 42 years. She has been blessed to work beside Dr. Rainwater for 26 of those years at Rainwater Dentistry in Houston, Texas.
She has an extensive background as a periodontal therapist and is laser certified. She has attended multiple mini residencies at the University of Kentucky School of Dentistry Orofacial Pain department and LSU School of Dentistry Orofacial Pain department as well as many years of continuing education with Dr. Rainwater in the fields of Orofacial Pain, (pain of the head and neck including TMJ disorder), and the treatment of sleep apnea and snoring through dental sleep medicine.
Roxanne has a diverse background in volunteering through the years. As an assistant Boy Scout leader she helped guide her youngest son to the goal of Eagle Scout and was proud when he received his scholarship and degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kingspoint. She has created beautiful floral arrangements for the flower guild of her church and has been a member of a therapy dog team which visits hospitals to cheer the sick. She enjoys playing tennis, fishing, and gardening. Roxanne is proud to have raised 2 fine sons who are both merchant marines and entrepreneurs.
Together she and Dr. Rainwater enjoy spending time with family and in addition to their children are blessed with 6 wonderful grandchildren, one beautiful daughter in law and a very friendly dog.
Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from The University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. She has continued to grow her experience and education in her nine years of practicing. Elizabeth is Laser Certified and Nitrous Oxide Certified. She is passionate about helping patients to live their healthiest lives – knowing that the health of the mouth is connected to the health of the body.
Elizabeth loves music, spending time with her husband and kids, and traveling.
Pam comes to Rainwater Dentistry with over 35 years of experience in the dental field. She has worked in many different roles from being a dental assistant, in the clinical area, to performing a variety of administrative positions such as Treatment Coordinator, Insurance Specialist, and ultimately, Office Manager. In her current role as Front Desk Administrator, Pam is exceptional at assisting patients with both dental and medical insurance needs.
Outside of the office, Pam enjoys working on all kinds of crafts and is an avid reader. She has two wonderful daughters: the oldest serves in the United States Marine Corp and the youngest is a Registered Nurse in the Houston area. In addition, Pam adores animals and owns three dogs and four cats!
Pam enjoys meeting and helping new patients. She honestly loves the dentistry field and all the experience and knowledge to which it has provided.
Wendy was born and raised in Pearland, Texas. Upon graduating from Pearland High School, she attended Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor in Business Administration focused on Business Analysis (Management Information Systems). Wendy worked for 10 years as an Information Technology Business Partner before opening her own business in her hometown.
Wendy loves spending time with her husband and only child, Carly. Her favorite things to do are being outdoors with her family and friends, attending her daughter's sporting events, and playing tennis. She is a Grade Level Advisor in the National Charity League Space City Chapter for graduates of 2019 and volunteers with this organization to support multiple local charity organizations.
Wendy began working for Rainwater Dentistry on a temporary basis and fell in love with the team and the patients. She now works in the office part-time as a billing coordinator and process management consultant.
Bobbie joins Rainwater Dentistry with over 16 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Her outgoing and optimistic personality makes her a great addition to the practice and a great git with our current staff.
Originally from Michigan, Bobbie relocated to Houston area in 2011. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, watching movies, and working out. Bobbie is also incredibly adventuresome and can be found trying out all sorts of new things and outfoor escapades.
Bobbie finds dentistry rewarding. She enjoys seeing the positive transformation and increase in self confidence when patients complete their dental treatment. Bobbie is proud to work for Dr Rainwater because he puts his patients and their needs first.
Natalia immigrated to the United States from Siberia, Russia in 2004. She began her career as a dental assistant almost 10 years ago and is the newest Rainwater Dentistry team member. Natalia takes pride in working with Dr.Rainwater because she believes he is a professional respected and trusted by his patients and colleagues. She likes that Dr. Rainwater is personable, empathetic and a great listener. Natalia has one son who recently graduated from high school with a full scholarship to the University of Houston mechanical engineering department. In her free time, you can find Natalia reading books and knitting.
