Studies show that over half of the U.S. population has some form of periodontal disease. Prevention is the top priority for our hygiene team. Our registered dental hygienists are highly trained professionals who have earned college degrees and passed licensing exams. Everyone in this office believes in good oral health and our hygienists are a very important part of our patient care. Registered Dental Hygienist, Office Manager
Roxanne Rainwater has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 40 years. She has been blessed to work beside Dr. Rainwater for 26 of those years at Rainwater Dentistry in Houston, Texas.
She has an extensive background as a periodontal therapist and is laser certified. She has attended mini residencies and years of continuing education with Dr. Rainwater in the fields of Orofacial Pain, pain of the head and neck (including TMJ disorder), and the treatment of sleep apnea and snoring through dental sleep medicine.
Roxanne has a diverse background in volunteering through the years. As an assistant Boy Scout leader she helped guide her youngest son to the goal of Eagle Scout and was proud when he received his scholarship and degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kingspoint. She has created beautiful floral arrangements for the flower guild of her church and has been a member of a therapy dog team which visits hospitals to cheer the sick. She enjoys playing tennis, fishing, and gardening. Roxanne is proud to have raised 2 fine sons who are both merchant marines and entrepreneurs.
Together she and Dr. Rainwater enjoy spending time with family and in addition to their children are blessed with 6 wonderful grandchildren, one beautiful daughter in law and a very friendly dog.

Bonnie was born in Washington DC but has lived all over the United States and overseas. She graduated hygiene school from Eastern New Mexico University Magna Cum Laude and Valedictorian of her graduating class. She actively volunteers with several organizations both in and out of the dental field, including Mission of Mercy, American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, Friends for Asia, Blue Santa, Operation Turkey, the Ronald McDonald House, ASPCA, WWF, and local school and community health fairs. She was also nominated for Hygienist of the Year in the state of New Mexico by her patients.
Bonnie is the proud mother of one son, Santiago, and currently resides in Galveston, Texas. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading, writing, and anything that involves music.
She is excited to be part of Dr. Rainwater’s team and looks forward to meeting and serving all his patients with the highest quality of care.

Front Office Administration and Registered Dental Assistant
Kellie was born and raised in South East Houston. In 2010 she moved to Corpus Christi, Texas to attend Del Mar College's Dental Assisting program. While enrolled in the program Kellie was invited to become a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. The day after her 2011 graduation Kellie moved back to Houston to begin her career as a Registered Dental Assistant.
Kellie and her husband are proud parents of a beautiful son, Brooks, and recent twins, Keniston and Kyler. They reside in Pearland, Texas. When not working or being Mom you can find her in her crazy cowgirl hat at the Houston Texans games, working out with her husband, or playing fetch with her 2 dogs, Nala, a Cane Corso, and Jango, a Catahoula Leopard dog.
Kellie enjoys helping patients feel comfortable both in the dental chair and at the front desk as well as helping them reach their goals of a healthy mouth. She is proud to work for Dr. Rainwater and recognizes the quality dentistry and care he provides as a result of years of continuing education and experience.
Process Management Coordinator
Wendy was born and raised in Pearland, Texas. Upon graduating from Pearland High School, she attended Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor in Business Administration focused on Business Analysis (Management Information Systems). Wendy worked for 10 years as an Information Technology Business Partner before opening her own business in her hometown.
Wendy loves spending time with her husband and only child, Carly. Her favorite things to do are being outdoors with her family and friends, attending her daughter's sporting events, and playing tennis. She is a Grade Level Advisor in the National Charity League Space City Chapter for graduates of 2019 and volunteers with this organization to support multiple local charity organizations.
Wendy began working for Rainwater Dentistry on a temporary basis and fell in love with the team and the patients. She now works in the office part-time as a billing coordinator and process management consultant.
Business Development Specialist
Zachary was born and raised in Houston. He spent four years implementing technical projects in the automotive industry before returning to graduate school to pursue a career in healthcare - driven by a desire to work for an organization that provides a greater good and serves its community. He graduated from the University of Houston - Clear Lake in May of 2020 with dual Masters' in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration.
Zachary is excited to have a chance to contribute to Dr. Rainwater's practice and help him make an impact in more patients' lives. In his free time, Zachary enjoys spending time with his family, rock climbing, kayaking and reading the newest science fiction/fantasy books.

Our dental assistants were selected for their professional attitudes. In a world where focus is rapidly shifting towards tools and technology, our staff hasn't forgotten the importance of a personal touch. In-office training and additional educational opportunities help them make each visit as efficient and safe as possible.
Registered Dental Assistant
Bobbie relocated to the Houston area over 8 years ago from her home state of Michigan. She has worked in the dental field for 17 years. In her spare time she enjoys movies, reading, running, working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Bobbie finds dentistry rewarding. She enjoys seeing the positive transformation and increase in self confidence when patients complete their dental treatment. Bobbie is proud to work for Dr Rainwater because he puts his patient's and their needs first.
